Baby Weight

I’ve gone on and on about this, I know, and it’s really not important. Honestly, it isn’t.

Since quitting Slimming World I’ve slowly regained all that I lost, and I’ve had enough of it.

When I get dressed every morning my decisions are limited. I have to find something to wear that I can easily breastfeed in. I also have to find something that fits.

I’m down to 2 pairs of jeans and a handful of baggy tops. I can’t afford new clothes, and I’m sick of looking scruffy. Iris is 5 months old next week. I’m still a new mum, but I’m not brand new anymore. The time has come. Goodbye baby weight.

This time it’s different. No pressure.

No calorie counting or weighing out my food. Just less cake, less biscuits, more fruit and veg. Moving a bit more. Slow and steady, no weight loss goals, no food diaries.

I’ve got 45lbs to lose. I’ll keep you posted.
